Our most popular tour is our Finer Things Dinner Tour (3.5 hours – 4:45pm start), which is for ages 16+ and includes a full 4-course meal at 4 of Whistler’s finest restaurants (max 10 guests or 2-100+ for private tours).  This tour includes a visit to the Bearfoot Bistro’s famous wine cellar for a history and lesson in sabering a bottle of champagne.  Retail price is $209 + GST (optional drinks pairing $59 + GST). 

Our Hidden Gems Dinner tour is also a full 4-course meal (3.5 hours – 4:45pm start), but is family friendly, more casual dining experience (max 10 per tour or 2-100+ for private tours).  All ages are welcome.  Retail price is $169 + GST (optional drinks pairing $45 + GST).

Lunch Tour is similar to the Hidden Gems Dinner Tour (3 hours – 12:45 start): full four courses over 4 casual, pub style, Whistler Hidden Gem restaurants. – 12 max per tour or 2 to 80 for private tours – family friendly.  Retail price is $138 + GST (optional drinks pairing $45 + GST).

We cover all the tour costs, so guests receive VIP access with no lines or wait for tables, and we take care of all the bills, taxes, and 18+% gratuities at each location.  We do ask for group bookings that at $15pp guide gratuity be mandatory, or it’s too easily missed when everyone is full and maybe a bit loose at the end of the evening, when the restaurant check isn’t going around the table.

The max size we could do for tours that are being booked and paid for by each guest is 20 per tour (and that is pushing it).  Just because it does get too complicated organizing more and ensuring the event runs smoothly, all dietary needs are taken care of (especially allergies), and we don’t over burden the restaurants and our staff.    Anything over 20, we will ask for 1 person be the contact person between us and the guests in the lead up to the tour start.
