Who Should Consider Applying?

CACBT welcomes nominations from members at all stages of their careers. Board service is well suited for individuals who:

  • Are curious about governance and organizational development

Previous board experience is welcome but not required.

Board members meet approximately once a month (virtually), and some roles include leading a committee. Additional time is needed for reviewing materials and preparing for meetings or initiatives. Overall time commitment varies by role and responsibilities. Meetings are primarily held virtually, with occasional in-person gatherings around the annual conference.
